This is a complete holistic analysis of your body, lifestyle and goals. Structural anomalies and postural assessment to understand fully where your body is currently at so we can understand what areas need more focus than others, pre and postpartum questionnaire to be completed, lifestyle and goals review and a proposal of what is recommended moving forward for your health depending on findings, your availability and your goals. A very thorough session. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and come with all your burning questions. It's time to feel supported, heard and cared for.
